Daniel Bunting has served as a minister and preacher for over 18 years at different churches across the North East. A husband and father, he works hard to connect with people on a spiritual level. His desire is to edify the church through healthy teaching and doctrine, as well as encouraging each other in love and good works. His podcast, ‘Reading the Psalms’, is released twice a week, providing readings and insight into God’s poetry. His summers are spent volunteering and teaching at summer camps where Bible classes are a special focus.

The moment I learned the gospel I knew I had to tell others about God’s saving power and grace. It didn’t feel right to stay silent, to me, staying silent would be as horrible as knowing the cure for cancer but never telling anyone. Shortly after being baptized, I began leading several 1 on 1 bible studies with friends and family members every week. At one point while speaking with a preacher friend of mine I longingly said “I wish there was a job where a person could just teach the Bible.” He replied, “What do you think I do???”. After that conversation I saved money for a year and in 2018 left my job as a furniture maker to start doing community work, eventually gathering enough support to continue working as a full-time evangelist. I have been working full time for Gettysburg since 2025. My goal is to teach others so they can be saved by God, know Him, obey Him, and glorify Him, as I strive to do the same.
